This time of year always feels like a race in the sky — moving fast, juggling time zones, emails / messages, last-minute questions, and endless calls to find the right home for every student flying to the UK in January.

But this year brought a twist - Instead of choosing classic student residences, most of our international students wanted new-build flats 🏘️ — more space and more independence.

Amazing - but it meant double the due diligence, coordination, viewings, contracts, and conversations. We truly worked around the clock to make it happen.
